?? Accounts Payable Specialist - High Volume | Manufacturing Industry ??

?? Key Responsibilities:
?? Perform 3-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
?? Process 100+ vendor invoices daily with speed and accuracy
?? Conduct regular reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
?? Upload and manage new vendor accounts
?? Handle vendor communications and ensure on-time payments

?? Requirements:
? Experience with high-volume invoicing
?? Strong Excel skills (sorting, filtering, basic formulas)
?? A degree in Accounting or Finance is a big plus
?? Familiarity with Plex ERP or similar systems is a bonus
